The Parish of Eastern Passage

Annual Reports (prepared for the February Annual General Meeting) can be accessed in person in the church during the month of February, or can be accessed electronically by emailing the parish office.

Parish Council Meetings take place on the third Tuesday of the month, at 7 PM, with the exception of the month of February (our AGM takes its place), summer months, and December. These meetings are open to parishioners, with the exception of "in-camera" sessions, which are used to deal with sensitive or confidential matters. Parishioners who attend do not have a vote, but are welcome to come and hear about what's happening in the parish. They are reminded to be quiet and respectful. If non-council members have something they would like to bring forward, please bring it to a member of Council, and it will be addressed at the next opportunity with the council.
